Chicago Marriott O'Hare 8535 W Higgins Rd., Chicago, IL Hotel Directions Just two miles east of O'Hare International Airport, the Marriott is easily accessible from either the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) or the Kennedy Expressway. The CTA Blue Line can be found in Terminal Two at O'Hare. Please exit the Cumberland stop, the hotel will be just west of the stop. By Car, from the Kennedy Expressway (90) exit Cumberland Road North, turn left on Higgins Road (72) and the hotel will be on your immediate left. View Larger Map Reserve Your Room Now To obtain the Wheel Rail Seminars Hotel Rate of $139, submit your form no later than April 23, 2010. All requests must be processed through the Wheel Rail Seminars Housing Bureau either by mail, or by fax. The Wheel Rail Seminars Housing Bureau will handle all room reservation requests. Do not call the hotel directly. All requests for rooms will be filled in chronological order. It is recommended that you send your hotel reservation request early to guarantee accommodations. • FAX/MAIL Room Reservation: Reservation forms MUST be faxed or mailed. Click the "Downloads" link in the left column at the top of the page for "printable" hotel reservation and room guarantee form. Print and complete the reservation form, and fax to 480-247-4682. Room Deposits/Guarantees The Chicago Marriott O'Hare requires either a one-night deposit (which is refundable if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to arrival), details can be found on our reservation web form and on downloadable forms. Reservation Confirmation You will receive your hotel confirmation directly from the hotel a few weeks before the seminar. Changes and Cancellations You can change or cancel your reservation with the Wheel Rail Seminars Housing Bureau until May 14, 2010. Beginning May 15, 2010, contact the hotel directly at 773-693-4444 for changes or cancellations. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required by the hotel to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Shuttle Service Airport shuttle service is available to and from the Chicago Marriott O'Hare every 20 minutes. To take the shuttle from O'Hare Airport to the Marriott Hotel, follow the red arrows on the floor near the baggage claim area to the Shuttle Center and wait at Door #2 for a red and white shuttle bus. The ride takes about 10 minutes and makes one stop at the Marriott Suites prior to arriving at the Marriott Chicago O'Hare. Parking Parking is available for all attendees at standard rates. |
