Hotel Information/Event Location  Reserve Online with Passkey®We are now accepting hotel reservations for WRI 2012 through Passkey®, the Crowne Plaza's secure online reservation system. The Passkey® site will open in a new browser window. *Note: To avoid being charged the rate for one night, the Crowne Plaza requires all cancellations to be made 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reserve Your Room To obtain the special Conference rate of $139, reserve your room no later than April 12, 2012. Reservations may be made online, by mail, by fax, or by calling 888-233-9527 (ask for the "Wheel Rail Interaction 2012" rate of $139). All requests for rooms will be filled in chronological order. It is recommended that you make your reservation early to guarantee accommodations. • ONLINE Room Reservation: CLICK HERE • FAX/MAIL Room Reservation: Click the "Downloads" link in the left column at the top of the page for "printable" hotel reservation and room guarantee form. Print and complete the reservation form, and fax to 847-808-1551. Room Deposits/Guarantees The Crown Plaza Chicago O'Hare requires a credit card to guarantee your room reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a $139.00 cancellation charge. Reservation Confirmation You will receive your hotel confirmation email directly from the hotel. Changes and Cancellations You can change or cancel your reservation online or by calling 888-233-9527 . A 72-hour cancellation notice is required by the hotel to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Shuttle Service Airport shuttle service is available to and from the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare every 30 minutes. To take the shuttle from O'Hare Airport to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, follow the red arrows on the floor near the baggage claim area to the Shuttle Center and wait at Door #2 for a dark red "Crowne Plaza O'Hare" shuttle bus. The ride takes about 10 minutes. Parking Parking is available at a special discounted rate of $10/day with proper WRI 2012 group validation.
