Networking and Social Schedule

The Heavy Haul Seminar provides an unmatched selection of Social and Networking Events designed to bring professionals from various disciplines together in an informal setting.

We think you’ll agree that no other seminar offers such a diverse and interesting group of people. The list below outlines networking opportunities - all included in your seminar registration fee.

Welcome Reception
Tuesday, May 5 - starting at 6 pm
Come and unwind with fellow attendees. Its the perfect way to end your day in the Principles Course - or a day of travel for those just arriving. The Seminar registration window will be open during the reception.

Continental Breakfast
Wednesday & Thursday, May 6 & 7
You will find fresh coffee and tea along with the Continental Breakfast fare. Share "wake-up conversation" with other seminar participants at our complimentary buffet as you prepare for the busy day ahead.

Coffee/Snack Breaks
Wednesday & Thursday,, May 6 & 7, am & pm
These midmorning/afternoon breaks will give you time to "recharge" and share comments on the day’s activities.

Luncheon
Wednesday & Thursday, May 6 & 7
Lunch will be served at no charge on both days of the seminar. Join in discussing the morning's events while relaxing with other railroading professionals.

Cocktail Reception
Wednesday, May 6
Make plans to meet at our Cocktail Reception, sponsored by Advanced Rail Management. You will find an excellent array of food and drink along with great conversation at this event. Mingle with your fellow attendees, visit an InfoZone Room, or relax with a few people at one of the small cocktail tables. From a wandering magician to a professional caricaturist to great raffle prize giveaways, there's always something fun and entertaining going on!

The schedule detailed above is tentative.
