Biography

Biography: Duane Otter is a scientist for Transportation Technology Center, Inc. in Pueblo Colorado, serving there since 1989. His work has included field testing and analytical modeling on various infrastructure, operations, and vehicle/track interaction projects.

He holds a BS from Calvin College, and a doctorate in civil engineering from the University of Michigan.

He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado, and is active in AREMA, Transportation Research Board, and several technical advisory committees.
